This past Saturday was the wedding of Mark and Deena at The Tribute Golf Course in The Colony. The weather leading up to their wedding was really nice for a summer in July so they changed their indoor wedding ceremony to an outdoor one. It sounds kinda crazy to have an outdoor wedding in Texas in July but it really wasn’t that bad. It was in a shaded area and there was a slight breeze. They had a really sweet ceremony with their closest family and friends. We then zoomed around on the golf course, and I do mean zoomed, to grab some shots of Deena and Mark as the sunset. It was gorgeous and made this wedding photographer so happy 🙂 I loved the bright orange and grey color scheme that they used for their wedding decor. It was so colorful and fun and perfect for a July wedding. Deena and Mark are also huge baseball fans (just look at their engagement session) and they had the cutest cake topper EVER!!!!! I also loved the baseball decorated cakeballs Mark had in lieu of a groom’s cake. Everyone then filled the dance floor as lines were formed and people danced down the line as everyone laughed and cheered.
I am seriously in love in Deena’s wedding shoes. Seriously they were beyond gorgeous!!!!!!
Loved the stunning window light we had. Just perfect for getting ready pictures!!
Love the light here
Yep another picture showing off Deena’s shoes!!! I seriously live through my brides and the gorgeous shoes they wear. Being flat footed I can’t really wear heals.
I love getting to work with such fun bridal parties and how they can really let loose and laugh. It makes for the BEST pictures!!!!
The guys looking too cool with their orange mustaches.
So I’m not quite sure what happened here that got the groom and groomsmen to duck like this. I turned around just in time to capture this moment.
Always so emotional for Dad’s when they give their daughter away to be married. One of my favorite moments.
We had such gorgeous sunset light for these portraits.
Deena was nice to Mark but hahahaha Mark wasn’t as nice with the cake.
Deena did forgive 🙂
I always love capturing speeches as the wide range of emotions that occur, laughter to tears all in seconds as those speaking give personal insight into the couple as one and as individuals. I think here Deena’s dad was hating on Texas. Yep blasphemy right. But it got a huge laugh from Mark and Deena.
Hahahahahaha Ipads are the new camera 🙂
Loved their wedding favors of cake in mason jars
Congratulations Mark and Deena!!!!!!!! So honored to be your wedding photographer and capture these special memories for you!!!!!!
