Yesterday was Matt and Megan’s tropical themed wedding at Paradise Cove in Grapevine. It is such a pretty spot over looking the lake. This wedding had extra special meaning to me because Matt and my husband are good friends so Ray was one of the groomsmen (who know the hot one :). It really is so special to see two of your friends get married and have the chance to document that union. I loved the decor of their wedding and it truly did look like a destination wedding, if I didn’t know it was in Texas I would have guess they were married in the Caribbean. The blue and yellow decor worked wonderfully together. Another thing that made this wedding for Matt and Megan’s friends was seeing all their family and friends. They moved for to Korea in January for Matt’s job (of course Ray and I are planning to visit) so having those closest to them at their wedding meant that much more.
I love this picture of the flower girl!!

Congrats Matt and Megan!!!!!!! I couldn’t be happier for the two of you and it was such an honor to be your wedding photographer. Ray and I can’t wait to visit you in Seoul 🙂

KatThose are LOVELY shots and I adore the colors the bride selected-perfect selections for season and location. 🙂
Meganthank you so much for capturing our special day, I absolutely LOVE what I see so far. You did such an amazing job and you really went above and beyond. Especially when you brought your camera to take some pictures at our welcome party/luau on the lake and the rehearsal lunch, when really you were an invited guest to both those events.
