Over the past couple of weeks I’ve started to notice a huge yellow field by the highway close to my house.  Yesterday was the first day off I’ve been able to take in a while so my husband, my dog Roxxy and I headed over to check it out.  Amazed to see a huge field of sunflowers!!!! It was gorgeous and luckily had my camera in my car so of course being the photographer I am, I snapped lots of pictures.  Then got the bright idea that I wanted pictures of Roxxy in the middle of the sunflowers.  Well animals don’t quite cooperate the way you wish they would.  So I didn’t get any good ones of her sitting in front of the flowers but you can enjoy the beauty of the pictures I did take 🙂
