This is a combo post of personal pictures from Karey and Shauna.  Of course with the beautiful White Christmas we just have to share some of our snow pictures. Fun in the snow had to be documented, especially since snow is a rare event in Dallas   I couldn’t believe it actually stuck around today and didn’t melt off.  So between us having snowball fights, making angels in the snow, we managed to pick up the camera and here are some of the photos we got.

First up are pictures of Karey’s son Jace.  He’s almost 18 months now and so he is old enough to play in the snow and he had a blast running around playing it in.  He even had a visit from his grandparents who helped him gather some snow to make snowballs.

Shauna’s dogs had so much fun rolling around and playing that some photos just had to be taken of them 🙂

And my husband and I had to take a portrait in the snow together.  It was too pretty not to.  Plus we really hadn’t taken pictures together since our wedding over 5 years ago.  It’s funny being a photographer you really don’t make time to take your own photos and Ray and I need to do a better job of taking more pictures together.

And as the year is winding down and we are getting close to Christmas, we use this time to give back.  For every comment we receive on our blog from now till the end of the year, we will donate 50 cents to the Red Cross to help those affected by Hurricane Sandy in the Northeast.  They need our help to rebuild so please take a second of your time to leave a lovely comment,  thanks
