This has been an amazing Spring so far not only because of all the different and amazing people and things I have had the chance to photograph. I’m obsessed with stationary and hand made papers, just ask my husband every time we pass Papyrus in the mall, it’s like a force just pulls me into the store. Of course, I can’t walk out without buying something either and he has just come to accept it. I just love wedding details and getting to photography Harts and Quills work was so fun. Crystal, the owner and artist, is sooo fun and easy going and OMG super talented!!!!!!! We also had the amazing Wendy Kay from Birds of a Feather Events styling for us and she really made the work look fabulous!!!! And the invitations were done by Southern Fried Paper, they are the best!!!! Here is a little bit about Harts and Quills from Crystal.
“Hi I’m Crystal! I’m a quirky lady with a passion for typography and hand lettering. So you have chosen your perfect invite, yay! But shouldn’t your invite look just as special on the outside as well as the inside? This is where I come into play. My hand lettering is available for very small jobs to large events. I truly love what I do, no matter the quantity.”
I truly agree, if you have such a pretty invitation and put so much thought and effort into it, then the addressing of it should have just as much care and thought. Plus who really wants to sit down and address 250 wedding invitations, let’s be serious. Her prices are a steal and will free your time up and who doesn’t love that. So here is her email, hartsandquills@gmail.com, so you can contact her for your calligraphy needs. You can thank me later 🙂
Ok so now onto the pretty photos of her work, enjoy 🙂
