I’ll start off saying, I’m a tad nervous to write this post because as a business how it will be perceived. I pushing that deep down though because what is happening right now is too important and I have this platform and a duty to speak up. No I won’t go on some long winded tirade on what happened in Virginia, if you are FB you’ve probably seen a lot of posts advocating against white supremacy, I’ve made my fair share of posts. This blog post is going to be about love, specifically what love looks like in America, this melting pot of differences. Our business is about celebrating love so that is exactly what I am doing here, sharing photographs of the diversity that is love. These photos represent the America I want to live in and that I work towards, not only here by showing a huge range of diverse couples, but in my personal life too.
Deep down, we all want to be loved and to love, to have those we can depend upon to have our back when times our tough and to lift our loved ones up when they need lifting. We are all here trying to navigate the human experience because we all essentially want and need love to keep our souls healthy and happy. We can learn from our differences and celebrate those too. Diversity helps us to grow and learn from each other. We are all just trying to survive and be happy and loved. So now that I have rambled on long enough, here are some of my favorite wedding photos that celebrate love. I hope you enjoy looking at these beautiful expressions of love and joy.
Thank you for taking the time to check out what love in America looks like. I have one more photo to share to end this blog, my favorite photo of my husband and myself below, taken by Wisner Photo.
