I’m excited to share Trey and Shauna’s wedding!!!!  They were married on October 20th at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Dallas with their wedding reception at the Magnolia Hotel in Dallas.  It was very cool to photograph the wedding of another Shauna as I only have met less than 5 Shauna’s in my life. Weird I know but true.  We clicked immediately and I knew her wedding would be super fun to photograph.

I love the story of how these two meet so here is that in their words.

“One Friday night in August we both went to the same Eleven Hundred Springs concert at the Granada theater separately. We met at the “after party” of the show at a local place in Deep Ellum. We are both pretty social people, and flirted a few times during the course of the evening. I tested him (not once, but three times) to see if he remembered my name. Little did I know, his brother’s name is Sean, so it wasn’t as much of a challenge for him as I expected. I gave him my number and we went on our first date the following week. The rest, as they say, is history!”

It was really cool that Eleven Hundred Springs introduced these two and they played at their wedding as they spent their first few hours together as husband and wife.  That’s so special!!!!  Shauna and Trey also gave all their wedding guests one of the bands cd’s as a their wedding favor.  It is such a cool personal wedding touch and that will stay with Shauna and Trey as they look back fondly at their wedding day :).
