Can I just start off with “How cute are these two!!!!!!!” OH and isn’t that light to die for, or maybe that’s just a photographer thing hahahahaha

I have known Meredith for a few years now as she has been a bridesmaid in 3 of our previous weddings and now it is her turn to be the bride :). We met up a couple of weeks ago in McKinney for their engagement photos and had a blast. The weather for January was perfect and we had such beautiful light!! Meredith and I had discussed ideas and came up with them roasting marshmallows and cuddling by a campfire. I really love how those turned out!! It was my first time using a campfire in engagement photos and it is soooo romantic!!! And we also talked about them including their fur kids in a few of the photos; I am always down for that because your dogs are a part of your family.

It’s really cool to be able to capture couple’s being themselves and getting to capture their dynamic in a photograph. I also truly believe, you have to laugh together as life is to short to not have fun together.

That light is just so romantic and perfect for wedding engagement photos!!
