When I first met with Catoria, I just loved her warm spirit and I could tell she has the biggest heart and soooo wanted to be her wedding photographer for her Dallas wedding. I just know it’s going to be such a loving and fun May wedding with one of my favorite planners, Tamara Harris of E3 Event Designs.

Catoria messaged me on Saturday evening, to go ahead and schedule her engagement photos with Nate on Monday, right before the first freeze of the season and I was able to fit them in, yay!!!! These two are sooooo in love with each other that it made it super easy to photograph them and get some really fun, romantic engagement photos. Plus Adriatica in McKinney is picture perfect. We squeezed every amount of available light we had and sooooo glad we did. I just love the photos in the small little vineyard area but I’m Italian and wine is in my blood, right hahahaha :).

I swear Catoria has the most amazing smile EVER!!!!!!

I just love the rays of sunshine raining down on them and making for the most perfect light!!

I really love just playing with light and seeing what I can do with it and going from sun kissed images to something a little more dramatic. It adds a different feel and really brings out the artistic side of me. It makes me smile.

I then to play with light even more, some great silhouettes on top of a small hill top because I’m a sucker for the vast blue skies we get in Texas.

And of course we had to do some in front of the super cute Bella Donna Chapel and we used the wind to create some fun to the images and all (super) models need a little wind, right.
