I wanted to share something a bit different. I’ve always been a huge fan of street photography and the hustle and bustle of the city, the architecture, the people, the lights, etc has always fascinated and inspired me. I took these images in 2006 in New York City. I was still mostly shooting film at this time so all of these images were shot on film. These are images I shot for me which I honestly haven’t done in a long time. My plan is to set aside some time once a week to just go take pictures for me. To experiment, to play around, to have some “me” time so expect to see a lot more personal photos on here as well as photos of our fabulous, fun weddings and portraits. I plan on dabbling a lot more into street photography and would love your feedback, your thoughts, or just anything you want to share. If you are a photographer reading this, I urge you to take some time out to do a personal project. It’s so important to photograph for yourself as well. Send me the links to your pictures and we can go on this journey together
