One of my favorite things about being a wedding photographer is the chance to take bridals (I think Karey would agree). I love love love them because they are just so much fun to take. For Elizabeth’s bridals we ran all around White Rock in Dallas (yes in some aspects she ran) taking these amazing shots. We were really lucky to have such a gorgeous day with the most amazing blue sky with white fluffy clouds. We honestly could not have asked for a better day. So alas enjoy Elizabeth’s gorgeous bridal pics.
The image above is one of my favorite and Elizabeth was just being goofy while I was making her strut her stuff down our “catwalk” that I just had to include this one (especially since its one of my favs)
I have to admit the two pictures below almost didn’t happen. We were down by the lake taking pics and this massive twig thing (not sure what you call it) was there and it actually looked quite ugly in person. Elizabeth’s mom and I were going to walk right past it and head back up to Winfrey Point but Elizabeth wanted to take a couple of pics in front of it. So of course we’re like why not. They ended up turning out to be some of my favorite. She looks so much like a model here and so fierce (as Tyra would say). So kudos to you Elizabeth for making us stop

Ok these are the first time I’m releasing these 2 pics for anyone to see. We decided to get a little creative (which I love) because Elizabeth is an art teacher and a twin (no her twin is not in these pics) and play a bit with that concept. So I reached inside and pulled out ideas from my art school days and here is what we came up with. If you like, let me know.
Thanks Elizabeth for rocking your bridal session.
Stay tuned for lots more to be posted. We have been super busy here at K & S and are about 4-5 weddings behind on blogging, and numerous other sessions and they keep coming now that wedding season in Dallas in is full swing. In other words I wanted to let our readers know the lack of posting is not because we don’t have things to post but rather the opposite there is a ton.

The “twin” images are great! Definitely makes you do a double take, and the fact that she is a twin is just icing on the cake. Great concept and great execution.
