Let me just start off saying I just love Jodie. When I first meet her we talked for hours like we have been best friends for years. I knew when I heard all about her plans for her wedding is would be amazing and of course it was.
Matt and Jodie were married on September 19 at Bridlewood Country Club in Flower Mound. What a gorgeous venue and we were so lucky it didn’t rain. Anyone in the DFW area knows that for like the last 2 months we have had 95% rain and 5 % sun. Crazy. We were all thrilled to have no rain since the ceremony was outside and was simply stunning. Take a look.

Jodie had a friend make all of their stationary (invitations, programs, etc) and they were stunning. I have also been a huge fan of paper, not sure why but anytime I pass a paper or stationary store I have to go in and browse.

Below are shots from the ceremony. So pretty.

They are truly meant to be.

More lovely stationary. I wish I had a friend that could have done this for my wedding

I am just in love with Bridlewood!! It is such a gorgeous venue. The beautiful flowers were created by the very talented Joy Norton of Stanford Designs. Also let me point out that Jodie’s guest favors were candy apples. How cool is that!!

Jodie’s bouquet was perfect. I just love roses and cally lillies (they are my two favorite flowers).

The cake was done by Tracy’s Cakes in Lewisville and adorned with roses in Jodie’s colors. This is one of the best wedding cakes I have ever had. So good.

Most of my couples are very nice to each other when it comes to feeding each other cake. Not Matt and Jodie and that is another reason why they were such an awesome couple to work with. They really got it all over each other’s faces.

Jodie’s wedding was rocking and people never left the dance floor. They even had a huge screen displaying music videos.

And of course what wedding would be complete without the getaway car covered in toliet paper, courtesay of the groomsment. Oh and Matt your mom was in on it too. She is the one who came and got Karey and I to take pictures.
Congrats Matt and Jodie. It was an honor to be your wedding photographer and Karey and I wish you many years of happiness.
