I will be posting Dustin and Karen’s wedding pictures shortly but in the meantime I wanted to share some funny pictures of Karen and her friends and family as they were getting ready. The ceremony took place at the Chapel at Chestnut Square in McKinney. I love as a wedding photographer when I get to capture funny pictures like these. I hope you laugh as much as I did.
The pic on the right above and the one below is one of Karen’s bridemaids. She innocently thought she would save time if she laced up her dress before she put it on. When she went to put the dress on she got stuck. This has to be one of the funniest moments ever.
Karen’s sister was a great matron of honor and was making sure Karen’s blood sugar didn’t drop too low and gave her some candy. They both didn’t realize until later that it turned their tougues different colors. Of course we had to snap a picture to document that moment. So needless to say Karen walked down the aisle with a blue tongue. This wedding was certainly one I will never forget.
Karen’s dad showing that is he out of money with the wedding. Everyone was such great sports and I loved photographing this wedding in McKinney.

Chris and Alyessa are such fun couple who absolutely adore one another. Their wedding was held at the Addison Event Center on November 14th. It was a small wedding that really focused on their love for each other. I wish you two the best and many years of happiness. Ok now on to the pictures.
I just fell in love with Alyessa’s wedding dress, its gorgeous.
Their formals have to be some of my favorites. They were so relaxed and at ease and just had fun with them.
I love Alyessa’s bouquet by May Flowers. So pretty
I just loved this groom’s cake. So cool. Chris was very pleased when he saw it and shed a tear when he had to cut it. (Ok well not a real tear). Both cakes were done by Delicious Cakes and has the name states, the cake was delicious
Chris is one happy fellow.
Congrats Chris and Alyessa. It was a pleasure to capture your day for you.

I’m so excited to share Trevor and Elizabeth’s engagement session. They are both low-key individuals and their favorite past time is going to different little pubs and relaxing while trying different beers. Trevor actually brews his own beer at home. So naturally when narrowing down locations for their session, they wanted to go to their favorite local pub – where they had their first “date”.
I love this!!
We then hopped on the Uptown Trolley Car and got some really cute shots.
We ended their session at Turtle Creek. Love the shot below.
